WR Lestar Jean, Florida Atlantic

Texans, UDFA. Fla. Atlantic: Very good size. Very athletic, with good acceleration and separation. Good speed for the size. Willing blocker. Not very quick at changing direction, and needs to work on routes, where he rounds them off too often. Small hands. A little slow off the line. Very unpolished. Questionable hand-eye coordination on passes into body, but can snag passes away from body. Below-average upper-body strength. At NFL Combine. Jaguars have shown interest.

TE Ryan Travis, West Liberty State

Seahawks, UDFA. West Liberty State: Short for the position, with H-back bulk. Excellent concentration and good hands. Good speed and quickness. In Cactus Bowl.

TE Cameron Graham, Louisville

Titans, UDFA. Louisville: Short for the position, with H-back bulk. Excellent hands, but not during Combine, though he tracked passes well. Also dropped several passes during NFLPA Game practices. Nice routes. Quick after catch. Average upper-body strength. Too slow for the pros at TE, but may be OK as a FB. Blocks like an H-back — bodies up as run blocker, but doesn’t drive defender, a trend that also showed in Combine blocking drills. At NFL Combine.

TE Allen Reisner, Iowa

Vikings, UDFA. Iowa: Short for the position, with H-back bulk. Adjusts to back-shoulder pass. Fakes blocks well to get into routes. Fair body control. Has a spin move, and is willing to sacrifice body for yards. Unbalanced as a run blocker — lunges too often. Drops easy passes. Below-average tracking and hands. Poor speed and quickness. Weak upper body. Camp fodder.

TE Stephen Skelton, Fordham

Cardinals, UDFA. Fordham: Average size. Good upper-body strength. Good routes and deceptive speed. Adjusts OK to back-shoulder passes. Below-average tracking, quickness and vertical jump. Brother of Cardinals QB (and 2011 teammate) John Skelton.

QB Marshall Lobbestael, Washington State

Good size.

Positives: Has pro-style experience in high school, but operated spread offense in college. Adequate accuracy and velocity. Moves fairly well in the pocket and keeps eyes downfield. Nice touch. Pretty quick release. In Casino del Sol game, showed the ability to progress to secondary receiver, though he didn’t seem to do it in college.

Negatives: When throwing, doesn’t set feet consistently when given time. Often tended to read only one side of the field in school, eyeballing receivers. Hurt knee during sophomore year and had up-and-down junior and senior seasons, being backup but coming off bench to start games. Also arrested in 2009 for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Projection: Undrafted, but likely to get an NFL tryout.

QB Bryant Moniz, Hawaii

Positives: Moves well in pocket. Goes through progressions to find secondary receivers. Good speed as runner and is willing to sacrifice body for yards. Competitive and tough — plays hurt.

Negatives: Below-average arm strength. Not very accurate on timing patterns, even on short slant patterns. Can’t read coverage — threw 3 very easy INTs to LBs covering intermediate routes in 2010 bowl game. Doesn’t react well to pressure. Broke leg in 2011 and missed rest of season.

Projection: Undrafted, and unlikely to get much NFL attention.

QB Jaybo Shaw, Georgia Southern

Positives: Adequate arm strength. Fair mechanics. Adequate speed. Fair accuracy on run.

Negatives: Eyeballs receivers. 3/4 release. Long windup. Below-average velocity on passes. Suspect pocket presence. Can throw with touch, but is inaccurate at all levels of the field. Almost exclusively a running QB, and not a great one, at that. Poor ball security. Holds ball way too long.

Projection: Undrafted, and unlikely to get much NFL attention.

QB Chris Hart, Webber International

Good size.

Positives: Good velocity and elite arm strength — has thrown ball 80 yards in the past. Fairly athletic. Above-average speed.

Negatives: Below-average footwork on dropback. Very poor ball security on move and in pocket. Holds ball away from body. Eyeballs receivers. Long windup. Can’t read coverage. Throws consistently high. Doesn’t step into throws.

Projection: Undrafted, and unlikely to get much NFL attention.
