Positives: He runs with adequate speed and burst and has fairly quick feet. Has enough cutback vision to bounce inside runs to the outside. Above-average change-of-direction ability in the open field but tends to just go forward. Slippery and hard to tackle – churning his legs well through contact. Seems decisive on short-yardage runs. Generally above-average hands and can extend. Above-average ball security technique and protects the ball well through the line. Willing and adequate blocker.

Negatives: Runs too upright. Below-average concentration as a receiver and will try to turn up field before securing the catch. Withdrew from school in August 2013 and redshirted 2013, but returned in 2014.
