WR Kenny Stills, Oklahoma

Saints, 5th round. Okla.: Junior who has declared for 2013 NFL Draft. Son of former NFL safety Kenny Stills. Adequate size. Average hand size.

Positives: Very good track speed. Above-average hands and can extend. Fairly crisp routes. Above-average downfield blocker. Very nimble on sidelines with NFL-quality feet. Good concentration when he knows hit is coming. Adequate upper-body strength.

Negatives: Suspect concentration in clutchDropped one in end zone in 2012 bowl game. Below-average athleticism in Combine measurements. Character red flag — 2011 DUI arrest.

Projection: With as much as Drew Brees spreads the ball around, no target has been consistently productive outside of Jimmy Graham and Marques Colston. Stills is probably most like Lance Moore on the team, and could eventually be Moore’s replacement. Stills will also likely be behind Nick Toon, the second-year WR who was on IR last year. Definitely worth a late flyer, but there’s probably no need to draft. Keep an eye on his targets. If the numbers start to creep up, stash him.
