Positives: Good speed. Fair hands. Effective after the catch. Nimble on sideline. Blocks very well. Former QB who should have an understanding of offensive concepts.

Negatives: Below-average acceleration. Slow out of breaks. Doesn’t track passes very well over inside shoulder.

Projection: On Eagles, will only likely be a part-timer behind Maclin and Jackson, but could be a nice part of their WR rotation. If either Maclin or Jackson are gone after 2012, he could step in and provide fair fantasy numbers. Draft low and stash for high WR3 potential.
