Kyle Carter, TE, Penn State – 2016

Postseason Events: Shrine Game.

Positives: Was a grad student with a lot of experience in college. Above-average hands and can scoop low passes and extend well. Not easy to bring down after the catch. Above-average concentration on contested passes. He is willing to throw himself at defenders as an in-line run blocker.

Negatives: Below-average height and bulk for the position – has H-back size. Though willing, he is generally a below-average run blocker who will leave his feet and lunge at defenders on outside runs when he would do better maintaining his feet and driving through defenders. Struggled with arm injury throughout 2013.

Projection: Undrafted free agent.
