Positives: Adequate bulk for the position. Adequate hand size. Adequate track and game speed. Generally above-average hands, and can extend well and bring in the one-hand catch. Gets out of his stance pretty quickly at the line to get into his routes. Above-average quickness into and out of his breaks, and accelerates out of his cuts to get separation – though his pro day measurements were very poor in this regard. Finds spots in zone coverage in the middle of the field. Moves pretty well laterally to stay with defenders as a run blocker, and gets good leverage to drive defenders back and maintain his block. Is also an up back on kick return team. Adequate vertical leap in pro day measurements.

Negatives: Below-average height for the position. Occasionally lets passes get to his body. Poor broad jump in pro day measurements. Not very dangerous after the catch. Very weak upper body for the position.
