Kasen Williams, WR/PR, Washington – 2015

All-Star Games: Shrine Game.

Positives: Has above-average height and bulk for the position. His routes seem pretty smooth – though not especially explosive. Shows generally good hands and can extend well for passes away from his body. Above-average hand-eye coordination, and tracks passes pretty well over his outside shoulder. Runs pretty tough after the catch and keeps churning through contact. Changes directions well in the open field. Makes smart fair catch decisions as a punt returner. Has above-average upper-body strength. Solid downfield blocker.

Negatives: Small hand size. Runs with below-average acceleration and speed. Suspect concentration on easy passes. Reportedly showed poor hands and had trouble getting off coverage in Shrine Game practices. Not very quick or explosive. Charged with a DUI in May 2013. Broke his left leg and dislocated left foot ligaments in October 2013 and missed the rest of the season.

Projection: UDFA.
