Akeem Hunt, RB/KR/PR, Purdue – 2015

All-Star Games: Medal of Honor Bowl.

Positives: Adequate height for the position. Runs with above-average long speed and adequate burst, cutback vision, and acceleration. Ran a very good time in the short shuttle at his Pro Day – maybe his lateral quickness is fixable? Runs with high knees through the line, and churns pretty well through contact for extra yards. Patient behind the line in short-yardage situations.

Negatives: Below-average bulk for the position, and is built more like a slot wide receiver. Seems to have below-average lateral quickness. Below-average hands and drops some easy ones. Runs a little bit out of control. Needs to give more effort on off-target passes.

Projection: UDFA.
