WR Jordan White, Western Michigan

Jets, 7th round. W. Mich.:

Positives: Adequate speed. Nice routes. Very good hands and adjusts very well. Led FBS in receiving yards. Considered student of the game. Can take a hit. Fair ability to track passes over inside shoulder. Adequate upper-body strength. Adequate quickness and change-of-direction skills.

Negatives: Bit of an injury history — hurt ACL in 2009 and had to withdraw from Senior Bowl after arthroscopic knee surgery.

Projection: Has a good chance to make the team and be at least a part-time contributor in 2012. Is probably their 4th or 5th WR right now, and could do well after a year or so of learning behind Santonio Holmes. Don’t expect much right away, but could be a solid fantasy bench WR eventually.
