WR Juron Criner, Arizona

Raiders, 5th round. Ariz.: Good size. Good hand size.

Positives: Fairly long wingspan. Adequate speed and explosiveness for the size. Very athletic and gives very good effort in traffic. Fights for yards after the catch. Adjusts fairly well to off-target passes for the tough catches. Savvy route runner. Above-average upper-body strength.

Negatives: Often drops the easy ones. Injured in 2011 offseason, had appendectomy in September and did not play in 2011 until Senior Bowl.

Projection: At the moment, he has a lot of receivers ahead of him on the depth chart: Denarius Moore, Jacoby Ford, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Louis Murphy. Has the ability to be at least third on the pecking order, but probably won’t get there until 2013 at least. Draft as immediate WR5 with WR3 potential.
