JP Holtz, TE, Pittsburgh – 2016

Postseason Events: NFLPA Bowl.

Positives: though his concentration is inconsistent, he tends to come down with contested passes. He is nimble enough to get 1 foot down on sideline passes. Strong enough to drive defenders when he can just plow straight ahead.

Negatives: Not very quick. Below-average hands, and tends to body catch. Needs to attack the ball in contested passes in the red zone. Inconsistent concentration, and will drop some easy ones when he turns upfield before securing the pass. Below-average run blocker who will get beaten by quick defenders and can be bent back by defenders with better leverage.

Projection: Undrafted free agent.
