Positives: Was a redshirt senior with a lot of experience. He runs with above-average speed and quick feet and above-average burst. Though he lacks vision on runs behind the line, his vision and quickness in the open field is better. Keeps his shoulders squared while making moves. When his quarterback is scrambling, he will come back to help. Pretty decisive and doesn’t waste much time behind the line. Keeps his balance well after contact high on his body. Above-average pass protector who maintains his leverage and absorb impact.

Negatives: Below-average vision for cutback lanes behind the line and usually just plows ahead on inside runs. He tends to run too upright, and doesn’t have the leg drive to generate much power. Below-average hands when he has to extend and will bobble. Below-average ball security through traffic and fumbled the ball without a big hit in 2014 bowl game. Tore his ACL in preseason 2012 and redshirted season. Injured right leg in November 2015 and missed unknown time, but was back for the bowl game.
