Positives: Adequate height and bulk for the position. Has pretty strong hands. Above-average body control and can adjust well to off-target passes. Above-average balance after contact. Is a willing downfield blocker.

Negatives: Runs below-average routes, and rounds them off too often or cut routes short of the first down marker. Has inconsistent hands – the ball consistently gets to his body and he sometimes has trouble extending. Risky punt returner decisions and gets too close to the bouncing ball. Will also field the ball inside the 10. Seems to misjudge punts in the air. Doesn’t head downfield quickly after the catch and seems to dance around too much.
