David Frazier, WR/PR, Miami-Ohio – 2015

All-Star Games: Medal of Honor Bowl.

Positives: Runs with adequate speed. Runs generally above-average routes with a nice double move. Doesn’t look afraid to go over the middle and shows good concentration when a hit is coming. Generally above-average hands and seldom lets the ball get to his body. Gives effort after the catch for extra yards. Adequate balance after contact. Above-average cutback vision on punt returns. Generally smart punt return fielding decisions. Fair downfield run blocker.

Negatives: Slightly below-average height and bulk for the position. Tends to continue to drift backwards after turning around in zone routes. Doesn’t give a whole lot of extra effort after the play is past him.

Projection: UDFA.
