Positives: Above-average burst. Good balance after contact. Fairly patient. Very good speed and overall athleticism. Adequate upper-body strength. Lowers shoulder to gain extra yards and bowls over DBs despite his lack of size. Smooth runner with good spin move. Looks effortless changing directions. Always heading downfield, even when making moves.

Negatives: Suspect balance making cuts.

Projection: Is one of five or six RBs vying for playing time behind DeMarco Murray. At this point, I think he’s the best of the bunch, but with such a long depth chart and months to go before the season, it’s hard to say what happens. Regardless, he has NFL tools and should end up on someone’s roster.
