Texans, UDFA. Cincinnati: Adequate size. Great hand size.
Positives: Powerful runner who keeps legs churning after contact. Good body lean. Keeps grinding in short yardage and when hit behind the line. Above-average long speed and adequate burst. Above-average agility. Fair cutback vision. Protects ball through the line. Also has kick coverage experience on special teams. Above-average upper-body strength. Above-average explosiveness in Combine measurements.
Negatives: Strictly a north-south runner who seldom shows any creativity or desire to go away from designed hole. Below-average vision and tends to pinball his way through the line rather than seeing his way through it. Below-average track speed.
Projection: Will compete with fellow rookie Dennis Johnson as the third RB on team. On a run-heavy team, he may have some value, especially if either Arian Foster or Ben Tate gets injured. Draft as an immediate RB5 with RB2 potential.
