WR Brice Butler, San Diego State


Raiders, 7th round. San Diego St.: Very good height and adequate bulk. Average hand size. Above-average hands and can extend and snag and make the tough catch. Very good tracking. Good body control and adjusts very well to tough passes. Excellent speed, quickness and overall athleticism.

Negatives: Below-average concentration on contested passes. Not much YAC and often falls after the catch.

Projection: Has the skills and physical ability to be a contributor in the NFL, but is behind Denarius Moore and Juron Criner right away. Probably no need to draft except in deep leagues, but keep an eye on him. He’s probably an injury away from being a starter in Oakland — not a primo spot on offense these days, but still…
