WR Jeremy Ebert, Northwestern

Patriots, 7th round. Northwestern: Below-average height, but well built.

Positives: Adequate hands. Fast track speed, but only average game speed. Good vision and quickness after the catch. Adequate upper-body strength. Fairly nimble on the sideline. Adjusts well to back-shoulder passes. Threw very good bullet pass on two-point conversion in 2011 bowl game.

Negatives: Trouble beating press coverage.

Projection: Could stick at the end of the roster and contribute a little. May compete with Julian Edelman for a spot, but is likely a practice squad candidate.
