WR Derek Moye, Penn State

Dolphins, UDFA. Penn. St.: Very good size, but has had trouble keeping adequate bulk. Small hands.

Positives: Above-average hands. Fairly long wingspan. Runs adequate routes — quick in and out of breaks. Adjusts very well to back-shoulder throws. Tracks passes fairly well over shoulders. Average speed. Good double moves. On kick-block team, as well.

Negatives: Needs to be more aware of distance from sidelines. Tends to not finish routes. Below-average acceleration. Hurt hamstring in Players Classic practices but was able to work out at Combine. Fairly weak upper body.

Projection: Goes to a team with a lot of uncertainty at WR, but he’s still probably around 12th on their depth chart. Does enough things well enough that he could stick on a team in a part-time role and special-teamer, though that may not be with Dolphins. Not likely to ever be fantasy relevant.
