Negatives: Missed first 2 games of 2011 for obscure eligibility violation by team. Suspect balance and looked clumsy running Combine drills. Slightly contact-shy. Seems indecisive as KR. Below-average speed. Below-average upper-body strength.

Projection: Will probably battle Brandon Banks for returner duties, but is likely destined for a practice squad. I expect his best chance to come as a returner and bench WR, but not likely to put up fantasy-relevant numbers.
