Positives: Long wingspan. Shows good effort on errant passes. Very good track speed for his size. Adequate burst and acceleration.

Negatives: Suspect hands.

Projection: Is one of several WRs trying to be the team’s last WR. On the Jaguars, that’s not a fantasy-relevant position.
