Positives: Elite speed. Tracks ball well over shoulder. As a returner, is hard to bring down. Reportedly good acceleration and quickness. Fair routes. Nice body control on errant passes.

Negatives: Below-average concentration on contested passes. Needs to work on getting feet down on sidelines.

Projection: Enters camp as one of probably 10 WRs trying to get on the Carolina bench. I expect him to make the team as probably the 6th WR because of his kick-return skills and speed. Is raw, but if he develops, could be a good complementary deep threat someday. No need to draft, but keep an eye on how the team uses him.
